Our rental rates
Depending on the time of year, between € 1,200 and € 4,200 a week
Our prices are all-inclusive:
- Water and electricity (based on reasonable consumption)
- A flat-rate cleaning fee at the end of the stay
- Household linen (beds made on your arrival)
- Wifi, free access
- A guarantee deposit of € 1,500 is required
Confirmation of your booking:
On receipt of your inquiry, a quotation and a rental contract will be sent to you and an option will be placed on your chosen dates. You will then have 8 day to confirm your booking by returning the signed contract, along with payment of the deposit (25%), either by email and bank transfer or by post.
Payment of the balance on your booking:
The outstanding balance on your booking, along with the guarantee deposit, must reach us 8 days at the latest prior to your arrival.
Your arrival:
When confirming your booking, we will provide you with the contact details of our local agent (telephone number and email), whom we invite you to contact at least 8 days prior to the date of your arrival to arrange your welcome on the day of your arrival.
Cancellation terms:
- Cancellation more than 90 days prior to the beginning of the stay: 100% of the deposit paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 60 and 90 days prior to the beginning of the stay: 75% of the deposit paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 30 and 60 days prior to the beginning of the stay: 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the beginning of the stay: The deposit will be retained in its entirety.

- May-June & September-October: One week
- Rest of the year: Minimum of 3 days (please contact us for rates)
Availability:
- Check-in is generally after 4:00 pm and check-out before 10:00 am. Depending on the bookings and cleaning schedule, check-in and check-out may be "negotiable".
- For everyone's comfort, we would ask our guests to smoke outside only and pets are accepted under certain conditions (please contact us).
- For reasons of comfort and insurance, we cannot accept more than 11 people per booking.
